Parents morning with Leanne from Mindful Explorers

As part of our Parent sessions on Fridays, for six weeks parents will take part in Mindfulness sessions learning different breathing techniques, learning ways to combat anxieties and promote positive mental health. This is a great way for our parents to learn some of the new things their children having been learning in our school sessions.
